The window
You have thirty days from delivery to return a stock or configured piece for a refund. Start the request from your order, and the return must be in transit before the thirtieth day.
Gifts follow the same window from the delivery date. A refund is issued to the original payment method unless the recipient prefers an exchange or credit.
Condition
A returned piece must arrive unworn beyond trying it on, undamaged, and unaltered, with everything it shipped with. The grading report is part of the piece, and a missing report is charged at the laboratory replacement cost.
- Original grading report and documentation.
- Presentation box, pouch, and any accessories.
- No resizing, engraving, repair, or alteration by anyone else.
- No damage beyond what a careful fitting would cause.
How to return a piece
We issue a prepaid, insured, signature-required label for every approved return. Use it. A piece sent by any other method is not insured by us and remains your risk until it arrives.
Returned pieces are inspected against their specification and delivery record. We confirm the outcome in writing before a refund is issued, and the refund is processed once the inspection passes. Your bank decides how quickly the credit appears.
Exchanges
Within the same thirty days you can exchange a stock or configured piece for another. A difference in price is charged or refunded at the prices in force on the exchange date. One exchange is available per order.
Resizing
One complimentary resize is included in the first year, within the range a design allows. Shipping both ways is insured and at our cost. Later resizes are quoted before work begins.
Not every design can be resized. Full eternity bands, channel-set and pave shanks, and some tension and bezel constructions are limited or cannot move at all. We tell you the resizable range for your design before you buy, and a resize takes a piece outside the return window.
Custom orders and single stones
A piece made to your approved CAD revision is final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is what approval means, and it is why the approval gate records the exact revision you accepted.
Final sale never limits your rights where a piece is faulty, was made outside the approved specification, or does not match what was sold. Those cases are handled under the warranty, and engraved or otherwise personalized pieces are treated the same way.
Faults and transit damage
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, tell us within a few days of delivery and keep the packaging. We arrange insured collection and repair, replace, or refund at your choice, at our cost. Nothing on this page limits that.
